Once again, Promises Floral delivered A FABULOUS arrangement for my dear friend! Sending flowers from New York to Madison could be difficult - however, Sharyl LaBelle personally has ensured that my BFF is always delighted! The blooms are fresh, colorful and creatively arranged! THANK YOU!
