Promises Floral and Gifts did an exceptional job! The bouquet was beautiful, and the recipient was absolutely delighted? What impressed me most about this flower shop was that they sent me a picture of the bouquet before delivering and delivered according to MY request. I was extremely pleased. I live out-of-state and will call upon Promises again when the need arises!!
